Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 10–15 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or high seasonal volume.

Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, email us at brezee288@icloud.com and we’ll help.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update it only if the order hasn’t shipped yet. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it still doesn’t turn up, contact us and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
